By accessing and using the services of Vokload Advertising, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern all engagements with the business.

Business Information

Vokload Advertising operates from 25 Kwaku Sueye Street, Near Mybet Shop, Adegon, Accra, Ghana, and provides advertising services within Ghana and, where applicable, to clients in other regions.

Scope of Services

Vokload Advertising provides advertising solutions which may include outdoor advertising, promotional campaigns, and related brand visibility services, as agreed with each client in writing or formal communication.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approved advertising materials, and timely instructions required for campaign execution, and must ensure that all submitted content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Service Agreements

All services are subject to agreed timelines, pricing, and deliverables, which will be outlined in individual agreements, quotations, or written confirmations provided by Vokload Advertising.

Payments and Fees

Clients agree to pay all fees as specified in the agreed quotation or invoice, and services may be scheduled or executed only after confirmation of payment where required.

Intellectual Property

All advertising materials provided by clients remain their responsibility, and Vokload Advertising is not liable for any intellectual property disputes arising from the use of such materials.

Limitation of Liability

Vokload Advertising will carry out its services with professional care but shall not be held liable for indirect losses, third-party actions, or outcomes beyond its reasonable control.

Service Modifications

Vokload Advertising reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or modify services where necessary due to operational, regulatory, or logistical factors, with reasonable notice to clients where applicable.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement based on the terms agreed at the start of the engagement, and any work completed up to the point of termination may be subject to applicable charges.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Ghana, and any disputes shall be handled within the appropriate legal framework of the country.
